First of all say the Lord's prayer and the Hail Mary.
Then in your own prayer ask the Holy Spirit to sanctify you and the whole world. You also should include glorification to the Lord as the master and creator. Then pray for the world and ask for God to heal all people from sin and everything that can be helped. Be reverent and humble to God.
Ask the Lord to forgive you and the world. Say "please God renew us and bless us. Please command your angels to strengthen all people."
Ask the Lord to make the world do his will.
The last thing is ask the Lord to take good action on your prayer.
